I’m Brenda and I am a FHT registered therapist, providing aromatherapy, massage and reflexology treatments which can help with a variety of conditions and issues. I offer a range of massage therapies, including aromatherapy massage, hot stone massage, Swedish massage and seated acupressure. I also offer oncology massage, a treatment specifically for people who have or who are recovering from cancer. My reflexology treatments include facial and foot reflexology, as well as zone facelift. All treatments take place in my treatment room at True Identity, 24 Commerce Street, Arbroath, DD11 1NB. Treatments are by appointment only.

My Therapies
Reflexology
Facial or foot reflexology to help restore your body’s hormonal balance, stimulating your natural powers of healing and leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Zone Face Lift
This unique treatment combines facial reflexology, and pressure point massage using healing stones, Gua Sha sculpting and lifting tool, Facial Cupping and an Acupressure dermal roller to stimulate blood flow, improve lymphatic drainage and naturally stimulate collagen and elastin.
Aromatherapy Massage
The healing powers of aromatherapy oils combined with a full body massage help you relax, unwind, relieve those aches and pains, and leave you feeling deeply relaxed and invigorated.
Holistic Massage
A Swedish style massage using essential oils can reduce tension and stress, reduce anxiety and leave you feeling supple, flexible and calm.
Oncology Massage
A client specific massage designed to help with people with cancer or with a history of cancer, alleviating the effects of chemotherapy, radiation therapy and recovery from surgery.
Seated Acupressure
A non-invasive massage focusing on the upper body, including the arms, back, neck and shoulders. Administered over the clothes and without using oils or creams.

- Tuesday & Wednesday 4.30pm - 8.30pm
- Saturdays 10am - 2pm.
